The Hope Clinic is proud to offer Margie’s Place, our maternity home. Our mission is to provide a home environment that empowers women to embrace motherhood with strength, resilience, and hope.

A Safe Place To Make a New Start

At Margie’s Place, we have a residential home with three-bedroom suites that can house up to three women and three babies at a time. There is staff supervision 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The place functions very much like a family, with daily responsibilities, and gives women a chance to build a strong foundation for raising their baby.

Women can raise their babies at Margie’s Place until they turn one year old and work with our housing manager to plan the next steps after leaving the maternity home.

A Chance to Grow and Learn

Maternity homes don’t just provide women with a safe environment; they also offer residents a chance to participate in a structured program that helps them develop skills for motherhood and life.

During their stay at Margie’s Place, residents can:

Complete high school or earn their GED.
Pursue employment.
Participate in parenting education.
Learn relational and life skills.
Develop healthy routines and personal responsibility.

These opportunities are designed to help mothers gain confidence and build a strong foundation for themselves and their children.

When I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I was single, scared, and alone. I wondered how I would take care of my child. Would I be a good mom?
